孩子天生具有爱玩的特性,每个孩子不仅可以在玩乐中获得乐趣,还能够在玩乐中获得知识!
但是由于孩子在每个阶段的心智发展不同,玩具对孩子的适用及启发程度亦有所差异,因此如何适当的为孩子准备各类玩具是一门重要的功课。
约2或2.5岁的孩子就能够开始开发简单的空间和逻辑思维了,这个的阶段的孩子可以选择形状套盒、套碗等玩具,来帮助孩子思考物理的形状,以及识别大小,轻和重。
认知类的嵌板、串珠、磁性拼图等玩具可以帮孩子锻炼手指灵活能力和手眼协调能力;培养孩子取、拿、抓、握事物的能力及动手能力,练习传手等。
这个年龄阶段的孩子也开始对颜色和名字也有了一定的分辨能力,所以给他们颜色板对他们帮助会很大。
这些玩具同时也可以充分开发小朋友的想象力和创造力,特别是那种假设类玩具,比如他们玩的积木或是微型泥雕就是充分发挥他们想象力的大好机会。

And of course, kids at this age are building their imagination and creativity. Toys that let them play make-believe -- building blocks, miniature figurines -- are great prompts for their imaginative skills!
